Vincent Tang is a Principal with Canrock Ventures. His responsibilities include evaluating investment opportunities, sourcing new deals, and working with existing portfolio companies. Vincent has 10 years of technology and media investing experience with Morgan Stanley, Hale Capital Partners and Bear Stearns. He is also a mentor at 37 Angels. He earned his B.S. from Carnegie Mellon University.

Kavita Sethi joined the Canrock team as the Director of Finance in August 2012. Kavita manages financial reporting for all of Canrock’s incubated portfolio companies. Prior to joining Canrock, Kavita was Corporate Controller at FatWire Software (2000 to 2012). Kavita holds a Master’s degree in Financial Accounting.

Dan runs technology operations for several Canrock businesses and consults as needed on others.  His responsibilities include technology strategy, defining the business’ technology road maps, staffing and managing on shore and off shore technology teams, executing software development and IT infrastructure projects and ensuring system availability and compliance with service level goals.  Dan holds a BS in Marketing and Business Management from Cornell University.

Carla Schieferstein joined the Canrock team as an Executive Assistant to Partners, Mark Fasciano and Jim Estlll in September 2011. Carla runs Canrock’s administration and is also the office manager for Canrock and all incubated companies. Carla has a background in education with a masters degree from Hofstra University.

Paul runs the Canrock Ventures internship program – Canrock Labs. His responsibilities include recruiting and hiring interns and managing their day-to-day projects and activities. Paul also runs Product Development for Crowdster (formerly Karma411), a Canrock Ventures portfolio company. Paul holds a BA in Psychology from Stony Brook University.
